Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Internal Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading (‘Code’), and in continuation of the letter dated June 27, 2026, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for all the Directors/Officers, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons from July 01, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
