Ameenji Rubber has entered into a Technology License Agreement with Macroad Co., Republic of Korea, on July 16, 2026 for licensing of technology relating to the manufacture, marketing and sale of specified licensed products. The Agreement grants the company an exclusive licence to use the licensed technology in India. The agreement is effective for an initial period of 5 years and may be extended in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
Ameenji Rubber is engaged in the manufacturing, supply, and export of rubber-based products catering primarily to the requirements of the railways, infrastructure, and other commercial applications. It caters both domestic and international markets.
