Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Paragraph B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the applicable SEBI Circular(s), Ameenji Rubber has informed that Ameenji Rubber has entered into a Technology License Agreement with Macroad Co. Ltd., Republic of Korea, on 16th July, 2026 for licensing of technology relating to the manufacture, marketing and sale of specified licensed products. The Agreement grants the Company an exclusive license to use the licensed technology in India. The details of the Agreement as required under the applicable SEBI Circular are enclosed as Annexure - A. This disclosure is being submitted in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
