The same was duly accepted by the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company on 16th July, 2026. The detailed reason for resignation as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIRI2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 along with the resignation letter of Bharat J Dattani is enclosed in Annexure A to this intimation.
