Winsome Yarns has informed that the Board Meeting in its meeting held today had considered, discussed and approved Friday, July 31 2026, as the Record Date for the following purposes-To give effect to the reduction, cancellation and issue of equity shares to the existing shareholders whose names appears as on the record date fixed by the Company (i.e. July 31, 2026), pursuant to above referred Resolution Plan as approved by Hon’ble NCLT order dated April 16, 2026, and Board Approval dated July 16, 2026 in the following manner: a) Erstwhile Promoters shareholding: Post reduction, Equity Shares of Erstwhile Promoters shall be reduced from 2,73,39,609 (Two Crore Seventy-Three Lakhs Thirty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred and Nine) Equity Shares to 0 (Zero) Equity Shares. b) Existing Public shareholding: Post reduction, Equity Shares of public shall be reduced from 4,33,67,620 (Four Crore Thirty-Three Lakhs Sixty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred and Twenty) Equity Shares to 1,31,579 (One Lakh Thirty-One Thousand Five Hundred and Seventy Nine) Equity Shares
