Royal India Corporation has informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 24th July, 2026 till Thursday, 30th July, 2026 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on Thursday, 30th July, 2026 at 11.45 am. Further, the Company has fixed Thursday, 23rd July, 2026 as the cut-off date for the purpose of remote e-voting, for ascertaining the names of the Shareholders holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting.
