This notice is being submitted pursuant to Regulation 29(1) read with Regulation 50(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time. Further, in accordance with Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s securities was closed from Wednesday, June 24, 2026 and will open 48 hours after declaration of the said results.
