Rail Vikas Nigam has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Goa (GoG) for cooperation in the development and implementation of infrastructure projects in the State of Goa.
The MoU is for association between the parties in the areas of project identification, implementation for infrastructure projects to be undertaken on mutually agreed terms and conditions where RVNL shall work as Project Executing Agency.
Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) functions as an extended arm of the Ministry of Railways. The company is in the business of executing all types of railway projects including new lines, doubling, gauge conversion, railway electrification, metro projects, workshops, major bridges, construction of cable stayed bridges, institution buildings etc.
