Consequently she shall also cease to be member of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Company. Hufrish Variava (DIN: 11219649) has confirmed that there are no material reasons for her resignation other than those mentioned in her resignation letter. The letter of resignation received from Hufrish Variava is enclosed herewith in ANNEXURE -1.
