These Financial Results were subjected to limited review by the Joint Statutory Auditors. The Financial Results along with the limited review report issued thereon by MM Nissim & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants and M/s. KKC & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, Joint Statutory Auditors of the Bank, are enclosed herewith and are also being uploaded on the website of the Bank at www.axis.bank.in. The Board meeting commenced at 9:00 am (1ST) and the results were approved at 11:00 am (1ST).
