Axis Mutual Fund has sold 0.5% stake in ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India through an open market deal worth around Rs 138.48 crore. Axis Mutual Fund has offloaded around 5.94 lakh shares of the company at an average price of Rs 2,330.03 apiece.
ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India (formerly known as WABCO India) is primarily engaged in the manufacture of air brake actuation systems for commercial vehicles. The company is also engaged in rendering of software development and other services.
