Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Apcotex Industries has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 29th July 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. In this connection, with reference to its earlier intimation dated 26th June 2026, wherein it was informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ('the Code'), Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company, for the persons specified under the Code, has been closed since 1st July 2026. The Trading Window will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results.
