Minda Corporation (MCL) has acquired additional 2,50,00,000 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 10 each for an amount Rs 25 crore on July 19, 2026 in Spark Minda Green Mobility Systems, wholly owned subsidiary of MCL, pursuant to the Rights Issue.
The acquisition does not result in any change in the company's shareholding, which continues to remain at 100%. Accordingly, the Spark Minda Green Mobility Systems continued to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
