Bank Of India has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) and 50(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Friday, 24th July, 2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited (Reviewed) Financial Results of the Bank (Standalone and Consolidated) for the 1st quarter ended 30.06.2026. Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and ‘Bank of India Directors' and Employees' Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading’, the trading window which was closed from 01.07.2026 (intimated vide letter dated 23rd June, 2026) shall open after 48 hours of declaration of 1st quarter ended 30.06.2026 result in view of the aforesaid Board Meeting.
