Seasons Textiles has informed that Convene the 39th Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on 19 August 2026 at 12:30 pm through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) for which purpose the Registered Office of the Company situated at 26, Feroze Gandhi Road, Lower Ground Floor, Lajpat Nagar - III, New Delhi -110 024 shall be deemed as the venue for the Meeting in accordance with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and Securities and Exchange Board of India; Book Closure The Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, August 13, 2026, to Wednesday, August 19, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
