AU Small Finance Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 3,03,613 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on July 20, 2026, pursuant to exercise of equivalent number of Employee Stock Options under ESOP 2016, ESOP 2018, ESOP 2020 and ESOP 2023 as per the applicable regulations.
