Indo Thai Securities has informed that the Company has scheduled its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026 through Video conferencing/Other Audio-Video Means in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA” and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, September 11, 2026, as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to receive the dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, if declared at the ensuing AGM. The payment of such dividend shall be subject to deduction of tax at source, as applicable and will be made to all the Beneficial Owners as of close of business hours on Friday, September 11, 2026, as per the list of beneficial owners furnished by National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) in respect of the shares held in electronic form. The dividend, as recommended by the Board, if approved at the AGM, will be distributed to the Shareholders within 30 days from the date of declaration. The Company has fixed Friday, September 11, 2026 as the cut-off date for ascertaining the Members the purpose of remote e-voting as well as at AGM.
