Appointment of Anuj Lall as Head Integrated Supply Chain designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from July 21, 2026. 2. Appointment of Yesha Gandani (ACS 63375) as Compliance Officer of the Company under Regulation 6 of the SEBI Listing Regulations designated as Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel with effect from July 21, 2026. Requisite disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is enclosed as Annexure-A.
