Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, GAIL (India) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31st July, 2026 (Friday) to, consider the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter ended 30.06.2026. Further, in continuation of its letter of even no. dated 27.03.2026, specifying the closure of Trading Window for the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, it has notified that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company, which was already closed from 1st July, 2026 shall remain closed till 2nd August, 2026 for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company.
