Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results: Approved the Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results (Collectively referred as ‘Financial Results’) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. A copy of Financial Results along with Auditors’ Report(s) are enclosed as Annexure - ‘A’. The Financial Results are also being disseminated on the Company’s https://investor.indiamart.com/FinancialResultsStatements.aspx. II. Incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company: Approved the proposal for incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company in India under the name and style of ‘IndiaMART Finance’, subject to necessary approvals.
