In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Rallis India has informed that Padmini Khare Kaicker (DIN: 00296388) and Dr. C. V. Natraj (DIN: 07132764) have completed their second consecutive term as Independent Directors of the Company on July 21, 2026, and consequently ceased to be Independent Directors of the Company effective July 22, 2026.
