Sambhaav Media has informed that The 36th AGM of Sambhaav Media Limited, to be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 11:30 am through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) without the physical presence of members at a common venue; The Register of Members and Share Transfer Register of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, August 07, 2026 to Thursday, August 13, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 36th AGM; he Company is offering facility to the members to cast their vote electronically through Remote e-Voting prior to and e-Voting during the AGM provided by National Securities Depository through their platform i.e. www.evoting.nsdl.com. The cut-off date for determining the eligibility of members to vote through Remote e-Voting and e-Voting during the AGM is Thursday, August 06, 2026. The voting rights of the members shall be in proportion to their shareholding in the paid up share capital of the Company as on the cut-off date being August 06, 2026. The remote e-voting commences on Monday, August 10, 2026 (09:00 A.M.) and ends on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 (05:00 P.M.)
