Further, the company has informed that, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed from Wednesday, 1st July, 2026 will remain closed till after declaration of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for designated persons and their immediate relatives.
