Talbros Engineering has informed that the company has successfully secured a new industrial premise located at Plot No. 38, Sector-4, Faridabad, Haryana - 121004, measuring 6500 sq. feet, for the purpose of business operations and expansions. The company has entered into formal lease agreement with Satish Kumar Rawal and Vineet Kumar Rawal, owners and in possession of the said property, for a term of five years with effect from 10.05.2026 to 09.05.2031. Further it has informed that any updates regarding the commencement of commercial production or operations related to any unit or division will be communicated separately once those activities begin. Additionally, details as required in accordance with the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (updated on January 30, 2026), is enclosed as Annexure A.
