Pidilite Industries has informed that the Company has received an Order in Original dated 30th June, 2026 which was received via post on 21st July, 2026 from the Assistant Commissioner of CGST & C. Ex. Division-III, Indore, Madhya Pradesh imposing a penalty of Rs. 46,98,047/- under applicable provisions of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act for F.Y. 2020-21 to 2022-23. The Order is appealable and the Company is reviewing the Order and evaluating the next steps in the matter. The Company will make an assessment to exercise its right to appeal to the highest authority as permitted in law. There is no material impact on financials, operations or other activities of the Company. Upon examining the Order and ascertaining full fact, the intimation is being filed at the earliest opportunity.
