Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Classic Filaments has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 28th July, 2026, at Sco 64/65, Huda Market, Sector 12, Faridabad, Haryana 121007, to consider and approve the following matter(s): 1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone) & (Consolidated) along with the Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026; 2. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair as the Board think fit or which is incidental and ancillary to the business of the Company. In this connection and in continuation of its intimation regarding Closure of Trading Window for the directors, promoters, designated employees and connected persons vide letter dated 23rd June, 2026, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed for directors, promoters, designated employees and connected persons as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 from 01st July, 2026. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be re-opened for the insiders of the Company after the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the Company.
