Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hisar Metal Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday August 08, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2026. Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 the trading window for dealing in the Company's shares by the Directors, Designated Persons/Employees and their dependents and family members has already been closed with effect from 1st July, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
