Signatureglobal (India) -- wholly owned subsidiary -- Signatureglobal Homes (SGHL) has acquired saleable area admeasuring 0.38 million square feet in project Signature Global Sarvam at DXP Estateat Sector-37D, Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, Haryana, for a one-time lump-sum consideration.
The acquired saleable area, which was earlier under a collaboration arrangement, forms part of a larger land parcel aggregating 13.56 acres and pertains to a project that has already been launched by SGHL.
