Max Financial Services has informed that the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Max Financial Services is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 10:00 AM (IST) through Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules framed thereunder, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the relevant circulars issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). The Annual Report for FY2026 along with the Notice of the AGM of the Company shall be sent in due course only in electronic mode to all members whose email addresses are registered with the Company, Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) or the Depository Participants (DP) and will also be available on the Company’s website at www.maxfinancialservices.com. In addition, for members who have not registered their email addresses with the Company, the RTA or the DP, a letter providing the web-link, including the exact path, for accessing the Notice of AGM and Annual Report shall be sent. Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of Listing Regulations, the copies of the newspaper advertisement published today, i.e., July 24, 2026, in Business Standard (English) and Punjab Kesri (Hindi) are enclosed.
