Kalpataru Projects International has informed that, in terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in reference to its earlier intimation dated 29th August, 2024, submitted to the stock exchanges (copy attached), wherein the Company had, informed about the order passed by the GST Authority for FY2019-20 raising a demand of penalty of INR 15.17 lakhs, in addition to tax demand of INR 1.52 crore and interest of INR 0.70 lakh on account of excess claim of input tax credit. The Company had filed an appeal before the Appellate Authority against the said order. The Hon’ble Appellate Authority has passed an order in favor of the Company by setting aside the order of the GST Authority for FY2019-20. The order of the Hon’ble Appellate Authority was received by the Company on 23rd July, 2026 at about 04:19 PM (IST).
