Cera Sanitaryware has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and any other applicable SEBI Regulations, the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 7th August, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. The window for trading in the shares of the Company has been closed with effect from 1st July, 2026 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time the result for the aforesaid period becomes generally available, in terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
