Aditya Vision has informed that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, July 31, 2026 to consider and approve the Standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Further, as per the Company’s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been closed from July 01, 2026 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the aforesaid results made public.
