Re-appointment of Shailesh Kumar Jain (DIN: 08531336) as a Non-Executive Independent Director due to expiry of current term subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing General Meeting. 2. Re-appointment of Neeraj Kulbhushan Taandon (DIN: 08747380) as a Non-Executive Independent Director due to expiry of current term subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing General Meeting. Further, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company, shall remain closed for all the ‘Designated Persons and their immediate relatives’ covered under Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (Code of Conduct), from July 27, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of Outcome of the Company.
