Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Antony Waste Handling Cell has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, at its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, July 28, 2026, have approved to fix the term of Shiju Jacob Kallarakal (DIN:00122525) as Executive Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation, for a period of 5 (five) years commencing from July 28, 2026, to July 27, 2031, subject to ratification by members of the Company at the ensuing 25th Annual General Meeting. Further, Shiju Jacob Kallarakal is not debarred from continuing to hold the office of Director by virtue of any order passed by SEBI or any other competent authority Details required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are provided in Annexure A to this letter.
