Munjal Showa has informed that, pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations) including any amendment(s) thereof, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, August 03, 2026, to consider the following: 1. Approval of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026; 2. Limited Review Report for Financial Results from Statutory Auditors of the Company, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, Chartered Accountants in terms of Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations. Further, in reference to letter dated June 24, 2026, wherein we had informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all its designated persons, connected persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Wednesday, July 01, 2026 until 48 Hours of declaration of the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in this regard the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed till Wednesday, August 05, 2026. The Company has already informed all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Officers and Designated Employees not to enter into any transaction involving the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. This intimation shall also be made available on the Company’s website.
