SEC/166/2026 dated July 22, 2026 informing about the 105th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of CSB Bank, CSB Bank has enclosed the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, along with the 'Notice of AGM' which is being sent through electronic mode to the Members of the Bank whose email addresses are registered with the Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent of the Bank. (RTA)/Depository Participant(s) (DP). Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Bank is sending a letter to those members whose email addresses are not registered with the RTA / DP, providing them with a navigation path and QR Code to access the Annual Report and Notice of the AGM hosted on the Bank's website. The notice of the 105th AGM and Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26, are also made available on the Bank's website, at https://www.csb.bank.in/ under 'Investor Relations' section and on the website of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), the e-voting agency appointed by the Bank, at https://www.evoting.nsdl.com/. This intimation is also made available on the website of the Bank at www.csb.bank.in.
