A copy of the financial results of the Bank together with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Central Auditors is enclosed and the same is also uploaded in the Bank's website: www.citvunionbank.bank.in Further, an extract of the financial results shall be published in a manner as prescribed under Reg. 47(3) SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015. The Board meeting commenced at 12:15 pm and the financial results were approved by the Board at 2:25 pm in its meeting held today. Thereafter the Board meeting continued to transact other agenda items.
