In continuation to its earlier communication dated June 25, 2026, relating to closure of trading window in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall open after 48 hours from the declaration of the said financial results.
