However, since Form DIR-11 is filed by the Director on June 29, 2026, the Resolution Professional has taken the resignation of Bindu Darshan Shah (DIN: 07131459) as Director of the Company on record with effect from June 29, 2026. The information pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations read together with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as ‘Annexure-A’.
