Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with the relevant SEBI Circulars issued in this regard, Vedanta has informed that the Company vide an email from BSE on July 28, 2026 at around 10:50 PM IST, has been communicated that CRISIL ESG Ratings & Analytics (CRISILESG), a subsidiary of CRISIL Ratings and a SEBI registered ESG Rating Provider (ERP), has assigned ESG Ratings of 59 (with Appropriate Category) to the Company. The Company has not engaged CRISILESG for the evaluation and its ESG Ratings have been issued independently.
