Filatex India has informed that Ecosis Limited (formerly known as Texfil Private Limited), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company, has completed the incorporation and registration of Ecosis Infinite, Sociedad Limitada in Spain and received confirmation from the notary on July 29, 2026 regarding its registration with the Commercial Registry in Spain. The remittance towards the share capital and completion of the related Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) formalities are currently under process. Upon completion of the ODI process, Ecosis Infinite, Sociedad Limitada will become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Ecosis and consequently it will become step-down Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company. They are enclosing the details required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7) 2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, as Annexure A.
