Further, it has informed that pursuant to Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for the Insiders and all the designated persons as defined in the code is closed from 1st July, 2026 and will re-open after 48 hours of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results/statements of the Company for the first Quarter ended on 30th June, 2026 which have already been informed of the same.
