PVV Infra has received two Letters of Awards (LoAs) from National Highways Logistics Management (NHLML), a 100% owned Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) under the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India.
The LoAs are for development, operation and maintenance of Wayside Amenities (WSA) on National Highways in the State of Madhya Pradesh on a design, build, operate and transfer (DBOT) basis, with a combined annual lease rent of around Rs 2.49 crore. The first LoA is for NH-44, Gwalior-Jhansi Corridor, Dabra, Madhya Pradesh. Another LoA is for NH-752D, Ujjain-Garoth Corridor, Dhanodiya, Madhya Pradesh.
PVV Infra is engaged into infrastructure business like multi-storied commercial and residential buildings, landscaping, duplex housing and housing for EWS, low middle and high income groups.
