Powerica has executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam (GUVNL) to set up 100 MW Wind power project in the state of Gujarat at a tariff of Rs. 3.435 per kWh for the period of 25 years
Earlier, the company had emerged as a winning bidder in the e-Reverse auction conducted by GUVNL for purchase of power through competitive bidding process from 250 MW grid-connected Wind Power Projects.
Powerica, along with its subsidiaries and associate, is engaged in business of manufacturing, trading and other services related to generator sets and generation of electricity from wind power.
