Indian Terrain Fashions has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e. Saturday, 1st August 2026, has approved / noted the following and accordingly enclosed necessary details: (1) un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 which were recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., on Saturday, 1st August 2026 along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the said period; (2) the draft of: Board’s Report, Corporate Governance Report, Management Discussion and Analysis together with their Annexures forming part of Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2026; (3) approved the draft Notice convening the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company by authorizing Company Secretary of the Company to send the same along with the Annual Report to the Shareholders of the Company; etc.
