Hawkins Cookers has informed that based on the recommendation of the Board of Directors, the Members at the 66th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on July 29, 2026, have duly approved the following: (i) Re-appointment of Murli Aildas Teckchandani (DIN:00049563) as an Independent Director of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation, for a second term of five consecutive years from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2031. (ii) Appointment of Vini Mahajan (DIN: 06943948) as an Independent Director of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation, for a first term of five consecutive years from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2031. The required details under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with the SEBI Master Circular are given in the attached Annexure.
