Further to its letter dated June 28, 2026, the Company has closed its trading window with effect from July 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2026, accordingly the trading window will remain closed till August 8, 2026.
