Further, the company has informed that as per the Code of Conduct of the Company and pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company had intimated its 'Designated Persons' that the ‘Trading Window’ would remain closed from July 1, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of said Financial Results of the Company i.e. upto August 17, 2026.
