Further, in continuation of letter dated 25 June 2026, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company which already stands closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives of the Company with effect from 1 July 2026 would continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2026.
