Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A and Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Faalcon Concepts has informed that it attached the copies of the newspaper advertisements published on Tuesday 04th August 2026 in Financial Express and Jansatta newspaper both having electronic editions, regarding completion of dispatch of the Notice of the EGM of the Members of the company to be held on Dated Friday 28th August 2026 in accordance with the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended, Secretarial Standards on General Meetings (SS-2) issued by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Regulation 44 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and the SEBI Circulars issued in this regard from time to time. The same shall also be uploaded on the Company’s website at: www.faalcon.in.
